We are pleased to inform you that we are taking part in an international project called KNOWMAN (Knowledge Management Training for KIBS SMEs).
Project KNOWMAN supports small and medium enterprises that offer knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS). Its objective is to help companies acquire the necessary skills and know-how in the fields of knowledge management and effective knowledge flow.
The main objective of the project is to prepare and disseminate an interactive guide and an e-learning training module (Knowledge Pills) to help KIBS SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) to manage their knowledge and succeed in knowledge management initiatives, considering that SMEs are the basis of the European economy according to the European Commission. The digital learning materials and tools will be made available as Open Educational Resources.
The project will run until 2024, under the Erasmus+ program, in cooperation with four European countries: Estonia, Italy, Poland and Romania. Coordinating it is the Tallinn University of Technology from Estonia and amongst the partners – besides 4Experience – you will find the following: National School of Political and Administrative Studies SNSPA (Romania), University of Padua (Italy), Poltechnika Gdańska (Poland), and Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Estonia).
