Senior VR/AR Developer, Team Leader
Bringing a positive user experience is my main goal in projects.
In the last 4 years, I’ve gained experience on more than 10 VR/AR applications delivered to companies from all over the world.

My experience and completed projects
Project for the construction and architectural industry.
The project aimed to expand the possibility of presenting construction and architectural realizations in augmented reality. The user can also learn data about the stages of construction, materials, and design elements.
- creating AR solutions on the Unity engine to achieve a 1:1 view of projects
- creating a website to manage projects, which I had the pleasure of co-creating using react.js for the front-end.
Tech stack: AR, react.js, Unity
Application supporting athletic development
The application is tracking the progress and development of a person exercising in a VR gym. Moreover, the project includes social elements, gamification, and training plans.
In addition to developing the app itself, I was the person responsible for creating a tool within Unity for developers and designers to work with backend communication. This tool streamlines work on the engine and allows it to support some of the most popular solutions such as standard REST API, Firestore from Google, and WebSockets.
Tech stack: Unity
I graduated from industrial computer science and interactive three-dimensional graphics.
I have experience working in the R&D department focused on looking for new ideas and creating many prototypes of various mechanics.
As part of my projects, I mainly focus on taking care of the architecture and creating tools for the entire team.
In the team: I care about the high quality of communication and the atmosphere among the team members.
For the client: I provide technical support at the highest level while understandably providing technical information.
I have 5 years of experience in teaching programming for children and teenagers – focusing on conveying a programming style of thinking and problem-solving.
Moreover, after working hours, I create tools to make them available to the Unity community.
I am interested in procedural content generation, in particular an attempt to recreate the city in virtual reality. My interests also include programming subjects related to three-dimensional graphics and sound processing.
The tools we use
The main tool our team uses is Unity. We have a deep knowledge of that engine.
Tools such as Jira, Everhour and Shortcut are used to manage projects well.
Git, SourceTree and Plastic are our preferred choice for version control.
To communicate with clients we usually use Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and occasionally Skype.
Different projects, more experiences
I have developed social applications, VR training and marketing games. Due to my experience, I also ran R&D projects for e.g. iOS.
I had the pleasure of conducting 4Experience College practical workshops for talented students. We made a VR game during them. I supported the participants, shared my knowledge, tips, and best programming practices. One of the participants was invited to cooperate with our company!

I lead a team that likes challenges and copes well with challenges between R&D and business projects. We feel comfortable in various projects and we are not afraid of exploring issues that are not known yet. Team members can work not only in Unity but also with basics of frontend, web applications, and native mobile applications.
Moreover, together we create tools for other teams of graphic designers and game designers.
