“Without change there is no innovation, creativity or incentive for improvement. Those who initiate change will have a better opportunity to manage the change that is inevitable.”

                                                                                               William Pollard

Can you talk about a product innovation if the prototype of the product was built in the 1960s? The answer is ‘yes,’ provided that we understand innovation as a process, and not as a product. We needed so many years for crucial technological improvements to take place to be able to return to the dream people had half a century ago. But now, nothing will stop this revolution.

Especially today,  we should scrutinize the environment in which we happen to live, and in which our businesses operate just to respond to any changes immediately. It is very easy to overlook something and because of that push our company to junk status and stay there for a long time, even not being aware of that. It is true that In the case of the VR industry, consumers do not fully know what to expect and producers do not know how far the production will increase. What is certain is that this is only the beginning of our great adventure with VR & AR technology as well as video 360. And, it is important that both, producers and consumers, are expecting some change.

Brzezinski wrote that “the ability of enterprises to create and absorb innovation is one of the most important manifestations of modernity, efficiency, and productivity.” (translated from Polish) Innovation equals development. Innovations are also the solutions to our problems that arise (or may arise) on the way to progress. In this case, they show how to build dominance over competitors. Thanks to the new technology we have access to a range of tools and services that can change the position of our company in the market or improve the situation within our company greatly.

It is true that as time passes by, we all become conservatives. However, “Time” does not always refer to age, it is rather the point at which we cease to expect changes. But the world around us always expects them. New generation – new needs. Values such as spontaneity and nonconformity, aimed at the creation, underpin innovation, so do changes.

Trust your common sense: the area of new technologies, the  VR sector, and video 360 give a unique opportunity, a chance to attract new customers and grow your business. We are afraid of it, obviously – nobody has studied it thoroughly, not analyzed whether it is really worth time and money. Steve Jobs said that innovation is the difference between a leader and a follower. And that is what makes all the difference and determines which direction we want to go and where to be in a few years’ time.
